Komatsu hyd pump

hi



would the hydraulic pump and functions work ok, if the LS-EPC and PC-EPC wires, on the main hyd pump were not connected on a PC270-7 or any other -7 machine ? does anyone know of a dash 7 komatsu that's working without the electrics connected on the hydraulic pump ? the electric wires are a shambles and the computer does not work. The problem im having is the machine stalls under any load, and cannot even track back or forth.

5092802 - CLUTCH & DISC - C6313

and

84177331 - CLUTCH & DISC - D6313



Which one is the correct one?

Where can I find what C6313 and D6313 mean?

I found this tractor for sale that I find is not bad looking and the prize seems reasonable to me. What do you think?

Now the only thing I am worried about is finding a head gasket for it. I haven't searched online yet I wanted to ask here first and maybe save some time. Does anyone now how much a new head gasket would cost? Is it easy to install?



Anyway, any information would be appreciated. Are these reliable tractors? Any experiences?

Takeuchi tl140 body pan drain hole locations

Doing a front to back cleanup after rebuilding leaking right pilot valve. Massive oil contaminated dirt buildup. While pressure washing the front , we found a drain hole on each forward corner. Are there more going aft that help clean out pockets? I have removed all the pan bolt on plates.



Any hints on sealing out the dust buildup would be appreciated. We will be putting in fresh glass, better sealing strips. Are there extra high CFM blowers available to replace the OEM twin squirellcage blower?



The OEM AC compressor is in a bad place under the engine. Any recommendations for a rooftop, electric AC unit?

1978 chevy c65

Bought this dump truck and realized the speedometer doesn't work. The speedometer cable comes out of the firewall and into a box that has a wire going to it, then goes to transmission. Anyone know what the box is and if it could be why the speedometer doesn't work. Thanks

Big welder?

Looking for added capacity. Currently have a Bobcat 225 amp, a Hobart tigwave 300max/low duty cycle, and a handy little 110volt mig but no bigger mig and no carbon gouge. I'm considering adding a used cv600 with a wire feeder. 600 amps @100% duty cycle 80 or so as a minimum. CC/CV will do stick/carbon as well as MIG and Sub,arc.



What is your big welder? Is it too big?

Frozen track shoe/pad

I have an old machine with three pairs of frozen track shoes/pads. The machine is used infrequently, which allowed the chain pins to sieze, thereby freezing the two attached shoes.



I've tried the logical approach...wd40 and a big sledge hammer :rolleyes:



Any tried and true solutions?
