Been reading posts about backhoes on here since I am looking to buy soon as I find a decent older model. They are few and far between around here and it might be the smart thing to just buy a newer one. I just want one for around the farm use but I don't want to be working on it to get it going. We have a jd350c dozer and a couple of tractors, but a hoe could do a lot of work around here and it's something I could do by myself now that I'm getting along in years. Lots of know how on here. Going to look at a 73 Case 580b tomorrow. Wish me luck!
