Can anyone give me info on how to check to see what is causing my weak sawhead? Hydraulic pump or sawhead motor. The saw takes a while to spin up to speed and will only cut a 8 or 10" diameter tree without choking/stalling, then takes 10-15 sec to spin up to speed again. At wide open throttle.
Can the lines be checked with guages? If so what guage, what lines? How do you check flow? I hate to pay for diagnostics on this old machine so I would like to do as much as possible myself.
