I have a cat backhoe with a rotary swing cylinder that leaks somewhere at the top. I think the o-ring on the barrel but not sure. Wondering if anyone has worked on one of these rotary cylinders? I'm wondering if I should should just put new seals/o-ring in the top cover or if the whole thing should be gone through? It seems to work fine other than the external leak.
