I have a 2000 CAT 315 L that will not steer via the tracks when the control levers are pushed opposite each other; the engine just bogs down...Machine tracks forward & backward fine...I have noticed that the display module shows that it is in the "H" operating range but I can't get it to go into "L" operating range.
We had thought it was the O-Rings in the Hydraulic Modulator Valve but someone has suggested that it may be the High Speed Solenoid Valve Actuator / Travel Speed Switch. Can anyone tell me if this is the problem?
