Lull 644E-42

I have a 2006 Lull 644E and I was having trouble with the transfer case overheating and there was too much oil. We figured the seal was gone between the transmission and the transfer case so we took it off and opened it up. Here the bearing on the input shaft was shot and had worn into the housing 3/8 inch, as well as worn into the gear. Just looking for advice on what to do, we priced parts out and parts alone are $18,000. Next week we are going to check out getting it rebuilt.
