MY PC200-7 SEEM TO BE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ENGINE...PLEASE ANYONE EXPERT HELP

Untill today i cant fixed my pc200-7 issues..it already happen a month ago..the problems is engine suddently change in slow mode while operating about 5 to 10 minutes..all function likes moving track,arm,bucket cannot operate normal..all goes too slow.. But if i stop the engine, then start it again, it become work as normal..only around 5 to 10 minutes operating that problem happen again. The engine suddently run in slow mode.. i already called technician.he said this issues have relation...
