Jcb 1cx hydraulic delay

I have an old JCB 1CX fitted with a Peugeot engine. The machine has good powerful hydraulics, but when travelling in a straight line, I move the lever to turn slightly left, the machine will initially turn to the right. If you stop it will then go left as it has been told to do. This only happens when trying to turn left, going right is fine. The other problem I have is that when travelling forward and going to move backwards, there is a delay of approx 2-3 seconds before it changes direction. I get the same delay when going backwards and change to forwards. I have changed the main large hydraulic filter, but have not looked at anything else on it. Can anyone help?

Making spare parts for loaders and other heavy machines locally

So, let's suppose that the work happens in a remote place with no constant access to spare parts.
The work happen on a medium scale (around 500.000$ revenue a year)

is there is a way to build a small lab to manifucture the needed spare parts on place ? will it be economicly effective ?
are 3d printers a good choice or is it better to go old school.

budget around 200.000 $

Been running equipment since i was a kid my father owned backhoes and loaders , trucks, welding equipment etc...pipe line work mostly
I have pushed DW-21's with a 2-U...Was in the IUOE for several years...retired
Been around at 57 / 58 years old :cool2

The company i currently work for is small so i can run all the different equipment they have and am currently doing finish blade with the trimble gps on the 140M blade
they have several dozers and a few scrapers etc..D-6R and D-6K with gps systems also

I live in So Cal ,Riverside county
I have my own tractor service and portable welding service i still run on the side
also have a small lathe to make pins and bushings etc with
