Cat 910 electrical schematic

Would anyone have an electrical schematic for a 910 Cat 80U series? The gent that owns it has had it cobbled a few times since new and now wants it back as close to original as possible. I guess it was the first new one that he owned and he would like to get it back to a state of everything working correctly. It is a pretty clean unit and reasonably well maintained except for this. I know the wiring is fairly basic and sparse compared to today's machines but sometimes it is easier if one can see how it was originally. Thanks

140B Volvo Excavator Fuel System

My 140b volvo excavator is starting but only running for a minute or less the engine stops. Found aluminium particles in fuel tank and also found a rag blocking the fuel suction screen. Cleaned the tank and changed filters but still the same problem exist.
What can cause this problem and what can cause aluminium particles to get into the fuel tank.

Cav fuel pump not pumping

Hey guys hope you can help. I have a Ford 340 tractor with a CAV fuel pump. If I pull the tractor it will start and run fine. No apparent fuel leaks. When I shut it down it will not restart. The starter turn the motor over fine. I believe the problem is in the fuel pump because. Have fuel at the filter. I have fuel at the pump at the bleed point above the id tag. However at the end of the pump where the lines go on to pump up to the cylinders I have no fuel.

Have 315 excavator the engine sounds like it has a miss on higher rpms put new injectors in dosn't sound as lumpy more of a fine miss now.fuel lines are good tho i replaced one changed fuel filter cleaned screens in injection pump starts and runs real nice but warm it up and go to work it starts to sound like it has a miss, it does affect the performance of the machine just annoying wondering if anybody has come across somthing like this.

580k cav inj pump?

ok in this pic there a line on the top cover it goes to a tee ,the other line it meets is from the injectors then in goes into a short rubber line then into what i think is a check valve in the frame then .back in to the fuel tank.

ok Question if i were to break open that fitting / line on that top cover does fuel come out under pressure or gravity .

my issue is that ( i posted once before ) that i can start cold ok but when i turn off motor and try too start a few minute later i get no fuel . solenoid getting stuck wont open on power up /key / i resort by relieveing presure in the pre injector pump line by opening the drain on the water sep filter . then she stars right up

i have a new case solenoid / i got two others new oem / they all work on a bench test . so im guessing that after you turn motor off , normally the leftover fuel under pressure goes out that top cover and back into the tank ? is this correct

im figuring there's a blockage in that return line ? or that check valve stuck? anti drain check valve A177556

is there anybody that know there shXt to help . i need to turn it off and on without issues im not the let it idle all the time type
