looking at brush mowers viring or bradco

i've got a case 440ct i'm going to buy a brush cutter its standard flow machine i've been demoing a bradco ground shark its ok but i have nothing to compare it to i've narrowed it down to it or a virnig v50 open front i'm just curious as to everyone opinions of open fronts on standard flow machines anyone with first hand experience with the virnig v50 open front's opinion would be great

Thought I would post some pics and commentary on some jobs I have done recently.

This project was an interesting one. A frozen food processing facility was installing a new cooler. Problem was the building had a high water table underneath the slab where the new cooler was going. Our job was to excavate 22" of very sticky, very wet clay and replace with woven geotextile fabric and #57 stone to separate the water from the -10 F degree cooler that would sitting on top of it. Finding qualified help

Is any one else having a hard time finding CDL Drivers or Experienced equipment operators? This year the pool of talent seems to be getting smaller, with many old timers retiring, there do not seem to be many young guys or girls getting into the industry.

Is this an industry wide problem or is it just in New England?

If you have experienced this what have you done to encourage new comers to the industry?
