Bunch of Pictures

Hey Guys, I'm new hear. I'm a field mechanic working in Northern Canada. Thought I'd post up some pictures of where I'm working, what I'm working on, that kind of thing. My wife likes to tell me that I just grabbed most of these pictures from Google

Few scenery pictures to start. Never ending views up here. The last one we had a few pretty smoky days this summer due to forest fires

Safety Nazis are everywhere. I'm not against safety equipment. Just not familiar enough to be efficient or effective. ie, I'd be the guy who put it on wrong and hung himself. So for starters, what style, brand, type do you all find most forgiving while being safe and allowing you to still get work done.

What was your best form of advertising in 2016? What to expect for 2017?

There are hundreds of ways of advertising a business. What has seemed best so far this year for me has been Google Adwords (pretty expensive), Facebook Ads, ranking in Google, and seemingly most importantly word of mouth. I offer both my workers and customers cash incentives to refer me customers for jobs that we close and it seems to be a solid method.

1) What method of advertising worked best for you in 2016?

2) What do you foresee as being important for advertising in 2017?...

New Holland LB75B Hydraulic Problem

Hey guys, I'm looking at purchasing a New Holland LB75B backhoe. The rear stabilizers will only go down, but will not retract up. Also the rear bucket cylinder will only dump, it will not curl. All the other hydraulics work fine. Any ideas what might be the problem? Serial number is: 031030785
