deutz won't stay running

i have a lincoln commander 500 with a deutz diesel model # F3L912 that will start just fine and run for 20 seconds then shut itself off. hit the start button and it fires right back up then dies after about 20 sec. anybody have any ideas? fuel is full, battery and alternator good.

289C front idler problem

Im running 9 of the 289C's down in central texas and i keep having problems with the bearings on the front idlers going out . ive replaced 4 of em in the last week in a half n probably 20 in the last 3 months. i intially thought that we were running the tracks to tight so i loosened them up to where there was about an 2" of slack (was at about 1") when i did that, they didnt go fail as fast, but then the tracks come off to easly n putting those tracks back on is getting really old even...

ford 555b hydro leak from trans service panel

Just started a new job at a camp. It has a ford 555b backhoe that i need to repair. The issue is that the last mechanic changed the motor and there is a leak from the 4 bolt service panel under the trans. when i pulled the panel off there were bearing parts stuck to the back. when i look in i see a hydro fitting and the torque converter. Just looking for ideas on what it could be before i pull the motor. Thanks All

Hey guys, looking at picking up a new KX080-4 here in the next few days. Having a hard time decideing if I should order it with the Kubota quick attach couple and buckets, or go with aftermarket... Most likely going to need a 12" and a 36" bucket for it. Second thing I am having a hard time deciding on is angle dozer blade or not. trying to figure out why it bogs when working it.Checked volt at PVR unplugged the wire have 53 volts with switch in manual And 48 when in auto with key in on position book says should have 24 volt.Also checked the wire for ground it has continuity book says should be 0. Green light is on on the controller any ideas on this have code 4103 which says proportional is ground circuit is open.

Case 580sl cracked frame.

There are several cracks in the frame where the Front engine support is attached to the frame. The support has pushed into the frame on both sides at some point and then welded as it was. Not very good welds either, about my skill level. I've only had the machine a couple weeks and didn't notice this until I pulled the hydraulic pump off.

Any ideas on what caused it? The front motor mounts were deteriorated and in upside down. I can get some welds on the cracks and on the support,...

Hey all, new to the forum and joined to ask this question. My dad bought a 94 310d 2wd that we knew needed a reverser rebuild. I pulled it and had the local transmission shop do the build, new clutch, pump and torque converter and new cooler and hoses. I installed the reverser and no forward.
