When the lift is first started and hydraulics are cold , most functions will only work momentarily . Has 450 psi pilot pressure but Pump 2 port drops off at about 900 -1000 psi and function stops . I'm questioning the priority block of valves piggyback on the pump. It has Mid Inlet hydraulic system. Anyone have any thoughts to prove me right or wrong
