Case 580f wont start after sitting..

Need som help regarding a Case 580F -80 that wont start after sitting for a year. Biggest problem is, its located 70 miles from here and the seller dont have the time to fix it. I need as much info as possible before I visit him, and try to get this backhoe running again



So.. the info he gave me was no fuel at the injectors. Also the stop lever "fuel shut-off" feels "loose". Read here that the lever inside the injector pump can be jammed.



Where on the pump is this lever located? Any pics..?

Think its a "219" engine but not sure
