hey guys, newbie here looking for some help on this 120...
guy brought in this machine after having pump rebuilt and still the same problems. seems like only one side of the pump is kicking in to me, but here is whats going on.
very slow boom function with no power at all, until you push the left propel pedal then boom will work better.
left track works decent , right track has nothing until you use left track pedal
deere told him something is wrong with flow combiner valve , after I cleaned some metal out of spools no change. all the spools look decent and move like they should.
main relief valve was packed with metal cleaned and tested again with little change.
cannot tell where the metal is coming from yet, looks like chrome so that will be another issue
he cleaned tank and new filters when he had the pump done of course.
any ideas are appreciated thanks.
