I have a 1989 JCB 1700B and need some help with some part numbers.
Ordered a fuel cap from Minpar based on ser# and it was too big and would not lock. They stated that was the only one available. The cap lock tabs point toward the center and the distance for the tabs to engage the fill spout is 3.25" (82.41mm). The OD of the fill spout is 3.40" (86.20mm). Is there an aftermarket cap available?
Would also like a hydraulic fill cap. The cap lock tabs point toward the center and the distance for the tabs to engage the fill spout is 2.70" (61.86mm). The OD of the fill spout is 3.40" (68.43mm).
