John deere 410c 1989

I recently purchased an 89 410c. There are two dipsticks, short and tall on the right side of the machine. The taller one is the hydraulic system/transmission, the shorter looks like maybe torque converter/ reverser. What oil goes in each of these? The shorter one is a little low, do i need to check it running?... Any help would be great
