I purchased a used 2004 L25B with 2 speed trans and the machine seems to lack power even when driving empty up a slight incline. I also don't feel it reaches max speed while driving on flat ground. I just got the unit and have not worked it on a job site or serviced yet this has only been used in the yard for a few hours. I also haven't heard the hydraulic cooling fan kick on. Any suggestions?
