John Deere 230LC excavator. Operates fine however the machine will not engage "low" travel speed, only high travel speed. All other hydraulic functions work properly and no codes appear on dash. Fluids have been checked as well. When the operator removes the fuse inside the can marked "travel" the machine engages low range but bogs or stalls if he tries to move. Any input or suggestions are appreciated!
