I just bought a Genie 3268DC. Everything seems to work like its supposed to and at the speed its supposed to but the forward and reverse are at a crawl. I've had a mechanic look at it who is not real familiar with these all electric machines and he tells me the motor seems to be pulling the right amount of volts for all operations but only about 4 or 5 volts when in forward or reverse. Batteries are used but seem fine. I don't believe the machine is in limp mode because if I manually hold a switch to put it into limp mode it runs even slower. I'm thinking it might be an ECU issue, but we are kinda lost on this thing. Thanks.
