Landini leagend 145 with perkines engine won't start we thought it was diesel pump gone, sent it away they said there was a fault with the electrics and repaired it got it back but still won't start its putting out no smoke just turning over we have changed lift pump and checked the wiring lume but still no smoke any ideas on what could be stopping it starting? ?
