I have a few general questions that hopefully you senior guys can provide some insight on. I have been reading reviews about these Heavy Equipment Schools Like ATS, WCT and the like. It seems that 1 out of 8-10 is a horrible review and that the schools are crap. My question is this; is that true? How do you guys view them? Did anyone go to a school and have a really good or bad outcome? Any recommended schools?
Assuming what I already think is true, the training schools are garbage. How does anyone get started in this field? I have pretty much zero experience other than some Skid Steer and Off Road forklift operation that was very minimal over in Afghanistan.
Hopefully some of you guys are Operators in Indiana or Massachusetts since I'll be moving to one of those states depending on a few circumstances currently. Those would be the states where I could use the most information on.
