Cat 'C Series' Vs 'C2 Series'

Hello,





This question has been in my mind for quite awhile and google has no good results, but what is the difference between 'C' and 'C2'



I know that the Cat 289c has 84hp, and the C2 version only has 74hp, why is that?





Any other information would be helpful.
