Hey guys. I'm new to the forums but nowhere near new to the Heavy Equipment business.
I'm looking to buy a guy's McCloskey screener which he told me probably needs parts. The only thing is that he doesn't know the year of the machine and I have no pictures to go off of yet.
It's a 621RE. S/N: P10837
I really just need a year for the machine before I buy it. I wouldn't want to buy it and not be able to get parts for the machine.
If you can point me to a place to get a year (serial number decoder? not sure) I would appreciate it very much. I've called about 5 McCloskey dealers around the country and none of them have been able to help.
Also, are there any cheaper ways to decode serial numbers for heavy equipment, other than paying $250 to a website?
