Straight 640 John Deere hydraulic pressure problem

At the end of my rope here...reaching out because I'm running out of options and hoping someone else may have had some similar experience.

Have had transmission rebuilt on this skidder ('78 model) at John Deere shop, still have no pressure on clutch valve side – tops out at 110.

Problem started when I lost 1st and 2nd gear. Took front power pack out, took it to a John Deere shop and they rebuilt it. Put it back in the machine, ran it 9 hours, and then everything they did burned up just like it previously did (lost first and second gear forward, and same two gears in reverse, and 8th gear). Pulled front power pack back out, took it back to JD. They disassembled brake pack, it was fine; resealed pistons and inspected the planetary clutch packs. All fine. Pump was fine. Disassembled c1 and c2, found oil manifold c1 hub was bad. They installed a new manifold, replaced c1 hub and replaced two face plates and 1 steel plate in c2.

They also took apart the shift valve and found shift spools scored. Replaced the housing there. Cleaned and reassembled accumulators. In the end, JD said it was caused by too much pressure.

Brought it home, put it back together...but when I checked the pressure, it was only 110. When it should be 170-195. Now I'm afraid to run it. JD stood behind it the first time they rebuilt it and it burned up...if it happens again, it'll be out of pocket.

Does anyone know why the pressure might be low? Need to get it back in the woods but DO NOT want it burning up again. Thanks so much for any input.
