Hello everyone, my cat 416b 4x4 alternator began overvolting(cooked 2 batteries before i realized) i ordered a new alternator, but before it arrived I figured i could unhook negative on battery and keep working it. Well, not a good idea, i figured out! I only ran it about 5 minutes after before it cooked my guages! I waited to run it again until i replaced the alternator, but now it will start and move, but i have no guages, no lights, no horn, no 4wd, i replaced main relay with no result, i bought a new automatic circuit breaker that I have not changed yet, fearing i might cook my new parts, is there anything electrical i need to check before doing this? I have taken the side console off and all wires appear to be perfect. I love this machine, just wish i could get it back to normal, any help would be very appreciated. My machine is the 8Zk series 6270 serial number
