Terex telelect L 4040 won't boom in from upper controlls

3rd section won't come in from upper bucket controlls. 2nd comes in fine. Both go out fine, all other functions work fine. Everything works from platform.



I can feel pressure in the lines when operating upper controlls. Any ideas where to look?
