After sitting idle for a few minutes when shifted into forward the forklift hesitates for 10-30 seconds before engaging. Never does it in reverse. Once engaged has full power and operates fine until left idle again. Any ideas as to what could be causing this. We have already changed the clutch micro switches and the clutch operates fine. PLEASE HELP!
