What license or certification if any do you need to operate heavy equipment in the state of Florida and how to do obtain it?
I am looking to relocate to Florida, currently a Massachusetts resident with my DOT card and Hosting Engineer License which allows me to operate front-end loaders, skid steers, backhoes, excavators etc.
