I have 1975 ford 4500 that's been sitting in gear for a long time.Now the clutch doesn't have any peddle.A slow leak from the one rear stabilizer foot drained the hydraulic fluid dry..Would this have anything to do with the clutch peddle not working or do I need to split the machine to free the clutch?
