older Takeuchi TB 175

After starting the engine ...

The control speedalarm icons ( FC ) stay on flashing ?

The guages do not come on i.e. Temp. guage , Fuel guage etc.

Everything else seem to be working fine.

Any idea what could cause that problem.

I dont own the excavator yet?

but thinking of buying it .

Don't know the age .
