Problem with New Kobelco Sk210-9

I'm trying to hook up an mozelt generator on our new Kobelco. We bought a kit from Hydraulic circuit technologies to which uses a single pump single priority valve setup with a load sensing circuit to power the generator. The problem is that the computer is receiving its signal from the load sensing valve provided in the kit which plugs into SE20 on the machine, however it will not stroke up the pump to make flow. We have set the machine on both nibbler and breaker settings and set the flow through the instrument screen but still no flow. We are placing a Flow gauge in place of the priority valve to show us actual flow. We can see throught the diagnostic screen that the computer is seeing pressure on sensor SE20 but we have no flow. I have been on the phone with the dealer we bought it from but the guy i have been dealing with had something come up and is out for a week. I was hoping some other savvy Kobelco tech might be up to speed on this newest machine and mite be able to help. Thanks
