We have got a problem in two of our rear dump trucks. :Banghead During unloading the truck, even though the truck hoisting has limiting mechanism through a limit switch and an air solenoid, the dump body is not stopping at the cut-off limit. It is suddenly pulled to the cylinder full length and this is causing a sudden impact/jerk which is felt by the operator in the cabin.
The same machine hoist operation is stopping at the cut-off limit in the unloaded condition. The machine is not equipped with a counterbalance valve. But this kind of problem is not common to all the machines.
