Wheel loader upgrade

Goodmorning guys - have a question and want some input please. We currently have a Fiat Allis 645B wheel loader and are thinking of upgrading if things work out this summer. What would be a good upgrade. Was thinking would like to get into something new enough to have AC/heat in the cab also wouldn't mind a little bit bigger loader too. For some things we want to do this one is just a bit undersized. Was thinking maybe a Case 721 size or Deere 644 maybe. Wouldn't be opposed to Cat either or something else that someone recommends. What would be a good sized loader that is a bit larger than the 645B I'm running now? Price range would be in the low $30,000 range. Just looking for some opinions of stuff you guys have run, also would like a 3rd hydraulic valve and a coupler too for switching from bucket to forks to whatever.
