Maybe someone has had experience with this before! Has me baffled. 90 model big cam III cummins, replaced oil pump 6 or 7 years ago, oil pump working ok just couldn't get to stop leaking oil at gasket, fixed problem. Now oil pump leaking again at gasket, resealed with new gasket 2 times now and still leaking oil. Also have another 89 model big cam III same problem, replaced pump, problem solved so far. Does anyone know if the pump housing is prone to getting out of shape. Accessory drive housing is not suspect since a new pump fixes the problem. Appriciate any help since new pump is now $1200.00, I hate an oil leak but that will be hard to take.
