John Deere 120

lundi 11 mai 2015

Hey guys, Im new to the forum here. We're a small excavation contractor here in the mountains of ky who haven't been in business for very long but have grown several times over from where we first started a few months ago. Anyways, I've been in the market the last few weeks for another 12 ton size machine. I've ran across a 1998 120 John Deere in excellent shape. Its a 1 owner machine with 3100 original hours on it. I know the owner very well, but I am curious as to what you guys think about the machine. I have ran the machine and the swing gears are very tight, the pins and bushings are tight as well. There is no play in the boom either and the cylinders are all tight and do not leak. The pump is dry and not leaking any oil and there is no blow by in the machine. over all its in excellent condition. It has the 28in wide pads and comes with two buckets, an 18in and 36in. The body panels are straight and the machine has the forestry guards around the body and bottom glass. I will get pictures when I take my mechanic back out to look at it and I will post them then. They're asking $25,000 for the machine, what are your guys thoughts from the information above. Once again, thanks for any input you guys can give me, this is a great forum ad has helped me in the past on several things. Thanks again!
