I have a 1992 hitachi 200 -2... Over the past few months, it has been very uncooperative. My issue is that when I start it, it bounces continually from idle to full rpms. It has the ILEP buttons but they do not change anything when I press them. it sounds like its full roar, then gonna die, then full roar, then gonna die, etc. I thought possibly it was moisture issues, but cant find anything. any ideas would be much appreciated!
