This was out in Ohio. A man was working on an old International TD15 dozer, I guess he was standing on the track, (the article is vague), it started moving and ran him over. There was a woman in a car in front, the dozer hit the car and pushed it along until it hit something to stop it, killing her. http://ift.tt/1Pl7nKj
