Cat marlne 3208 twln turbo englne lD

Hi all, l am trying to find the rated horsepower of this engine. lt is a 3208 with twin turbos, serial number on the tag is 75v2963 and it says 210 hp. l don't know if the tag is off this engine because it was not attached. Seems strange that a twin turbo would have the same hp as a non-turbo. Am l missing something here?
