I have a 1996 fermec 760tlk at work with starting issues sometimes will start sometimes won't acting like a starter relay getting weak. our factory service manual has wiring diagrams showing a relay. says it is located under the cover on the right side panel. where it is showing it located there is no removable cover anyone got a clue?
