Case CX 210 hydraulic problem

After I start the machine it pops up "electrical problem" and a slight movement of any of the hydraulic functions seems to lock like the pump is dead heading and will kill the engine. Dealer is trying to tell me it's an injection pump problem and a lack of power, I think no way. Some times if you restart the engine it will work OK for 30 seconds then kill the engine when "electrical problem"pops up. An old thread mentioned an update of the pump regulators to cure a similar problem. Any advice or point me to a dealer that knows these machines. Thanks
