Cat 307 (Mitsubishi) Oil filter Lines replacement.

I have a CAT 307 with a remote filter and the lines to the filter are leaking. Ordered new and now need to put them in. Anyone have any guidance on how to get these lines off the motor without tearing the machine to pieces. They are connected to the back of the motor... any suggestions would be great.
