JD 210LE Skiploader Hitch Lift Valve Issues

mercredi 9 septembre 2015

2006 210le. Replaced hitch lift valve due to bad detent and spool being slightly bent. Also, re packed the hitch lift cylinder for Gannon (box blade). Everything works great and smooth as well as all the other hydraulic functions. The issue(s) now is while machine is running and I pull on lift valve lever to raise the Gannon...it drops when it should be raising. I'm talking about the initial cracking of the valve to make very minor adjustments while finish grading. If I pull just a little more however, it gets enough pressure to raise. I'm stumped and can not figure out the cause. John Deere Techs have not been able to assist either. Very frustrating when trying to fine grade. Any ideas??? Appreciate the help.
