I'm working on a PC35-2. It came in with weak functions. The boom, stick, and bucket are all weak. It has a new pump on it. I am about 1500 psi low on pressure on all three of these functions. The swing, travel, and blade all work correct, and have the correct specified pressures of 3700 psi. I have verified that the pressure/fluid is not bypassing in the cylinders. I have made adjustments to the main relief valve to increase pressure to all work functions.
Pressure does increase to the blade, travel and swing. No pressure difference is made to the boom, stick, or bucket. I have switched relief valves with known good valves with no change in pressure. Cold fluid pressure is about 2500psi while working temp (150 degrees) yields around 2000 psi. Two functions at once like the boom and bucket working together will produce around 2700 psi. I have racked my brain over this and have came up empty. Any help would really be appreciated.
