1997 Case 580 Super L. Looking for input as i may be purchasing 1

As the title says im looking at a 97 super L extend a hoe 2 stick control 4wd has 9147hours. Just curious what kinda life guys have got out of these units before all the major components start to fail? Machine is a one owner and always serviced and maintained. Its been driven around town and rural area all its life. Im not 100% sure as to whats been repaired. Machine is showing rust on the doors and hood. However everything works and functions as i watched the guy install a septic field and tank with it. Im suppose to test it saturday. The guy is fairly firm on 20g Canadian. Im wondering what a machine like this is actually worth now adays.... Any input would be greatly appreciated
