1980 s backhoe we were starting it at starter because it wouldn't start from key but lights worked etc.then it seemed like it was only grabbing half way we would step on peddle and it really wouldn't move eventually catch on and slowly move like a curnt out clutch in an old truck maybe its low on fluid ? So one of the guys was playing around trying to fix it and was looking down the gear shifter and apparently put something doyn there to push both levers forward like putting first and third gear in at same time ! Well the machine shut off and now has no juice at all ! No lights or anything we did check fuses on side dash any help would be helpful
