Hello looked at a 963c today and have a question for the experts here. On flat hard ground the machine wouldnt move unless the engine was probably 2/3 throttle. At idle and half idle it would just bog down a little and barely move. Is this par for the course or is there something amiss here? It kinda concerned me when looking at it. Tracked straight and everything but only got to run it for about 15 minutes. thanks
