adding photos

How do I get Pictures into a album.

Going to 'My Profile' I see a "photo" tab but nothing there to add pictures.
Going to 'Settings' and down at the bottom on the left hand side is 'Attachments' but clicking there nothing comes up to allow me to add anything.
