Crane operator and rigger book?

I would like to know how to learn and properly perform some crane operations, such as: standing things up and laying things down, lifting pallets, and other such procedures. Things that are more complicated than picking stuff by the top and placing it down somewhere.

I am especially interested in standing things up and laying them down, at the moment.

Does anyone know a book or a website that talks about that in detail.
