D4 78A direct drive, just got it home. Am having trouble shifting into forward, much gear clash. Shifts into reverse okay. If on an incline and the machine rolls slightly forward, it will usually go into gear but, with a slight snick of gear teeth. Had to kill the engine several time to engage forward. Seemed to be better once warmed. If it wasn't for the shift to reverse seemingly being okay I'd say the clutch wasn't fully disengaging.
